Picosecond Integrated Laser Machine

Amber NX series lasers feature an all-in-one design scheme with a compact volume, as well as an upgraded control system that operates more stably and provides multiple control functions. They use a picosecond fiber seed source and free space solid state amplifier to achieve high power picosecond laser output; fiber seed sources offer more stable performance with flexible output parameters when compared with traditional solid-state picosecond lasers, while solid state amplifiers ensure peak power laser output.

The Amber series lasers conform to rigorous material processing quality standards, with parameters such as Amber Whole Series Laser Width (<15ps for most models and <8ps for some), M^2 < 1.3, and Roundness > 90%. These parameters guarantee high-quality laser output. Currently, the Amber series lasers have been successfully used in a variety of applications including LED wafer cutting, ceramic cutting, solar energy battery sheet cutting, and glass chamfering.

Amber NX Series

A picosecond laser is an extremely powerful laser that emits laser pulses lasting for only one picosecond (10-12 seconds). These incredibly short pulses of light allow for unparalleled precision, resulting in minimal heat-affected zones. As a result, picosecond lasers are the ideal choice for material processing, medical treatments, and scientific research.

Picosecond lasers are an extremely diverse category of pulsed lasers with wavelength ranges spanning from ultraviolet through infrared region. These lasers are highly flexible, allowing for generation of picosecond pulses through various means such as q-switching, gain switching, and mode locking. As a result, picosecond lasers are among the most versatile pulsed lasers available today.

Lasers provide a wide range of pulse energies, spanning from nanojoules (nJ) to milliJoules (mJ), and pulse repetition rates from Hz to MHz. Their unparalleled peak power and short pulse duration make them well-suited for material processing and micromachining applications, including texturing, trimming, and drilling.
