· DelphiLaser (688170) has been officially listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange with great success.
2020-2021

·Successfully developed and applied Mini LED wafer laser cutting/etching equipment
·Started the construction of two new plants in the Xinglin Street Plant Area to expand the R&D and manufacturing base
2019

·The headquarters relocated to new offices, manufacturer and laboratories, covering an area of nearly 15, 000㎡.
2017-2018

·Successfully developed full-screen series laser cutting equipment for the display industry and put it into the market.
·Established the wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Zhande Automation Co., Ltd., which provides automation solutions.
·Established the wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Qinyan Precision Co., Ltd., which provides laser motion control solutions.
2015-2016

·Successfully developed laser cutting equipment for silicon-based semiconductor wafers and put it into the market, overcoming technical difficulties and further expanding its application in the semiconductor industry
2014

·Awarded the title of “Key Enterprise Research and Development Institution in Jiangsu Province”
·Established the wholly-owned subsidiary in Tokyo, Japan for market development and laser research
2013

·Awarded the title of “Key Laboratory of Advanced Laser Materials and Devices in Jiangsu Province”
·Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiamen Deyu Laser Technology Co., Ltd., which provides professional laser fine processing services.
2012

·Relocated the manufacturing center to its own premises, and expanded the area of offices and workshops to nearly 7, 000㎡.
2011

·Acquired Jiangyin Deli Laser Solutions Co.,Ltd as a whole, which specializes in providing laser fine processing services.
2008-2010

·Certified as "The High-tech Enterprise of Jiangsu Province"
·Successfully developed wafer laser cutting equipment for the LED chip industry, which has facilitated the localization of LED manufacturing laser equipment.
